Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic, Xinzhu has always taken the epidemic prevention and control as the first priority. Centering on the decisions and deployment of Sichuan Development and Xinjin Government, Xinzhu has made timely arrangements, actively responded, and vigorously implemented to make every effort to do the prevention and control well to fight against the epidemic. At the same time, the company insists on the epidemic prevention and control and work resumption to be "given equal importance". On the afternoon of February 17th, Mr. Yang Yonglin, Deputy Secretariat of the Party Committee, President and deputy head of the leading group for epidemic prevention and control, led Mr. Wang Bin and Mr. Chen Xiangyue, Vice Presidents of the company and managers of relevant departments to visit the production line to check the resumption of production.

Mr. Yang Yonglin et. al went to the plant of Changke Xinzhu, a controlled subcompany of Xinzhu, and the plant of Engineering Components, to check the implementation of the epidemic prevention & control on site, as well as the resumption of production at workshops. He especially asked about the production and facility operation after the official work resumption, and carefully got to know about the recent production schedule, recent product delivery requirements and the problems occurred during work resumption. President Yang Yonglin, after listening to the reports of responsible managers, pointed out five requests of the next steps for the epidemic prevention & control and work resumption of the company:

First of all, all levels in the company shall enhance the political awareness and fulfill our social responsibilities. It is the critical time that we show our accountability. We must steadfastly comply with and serve for the big picture of epidemic prevention & control.
Secondly, we shall continue to do the preparation for work resumption. It must ensure that supplies for epidemic control and control are procured, office areas are sterilized, personnel coming in and out of company are checked for body temperature, and on-line office hardware and facilities are in place.
Thirdly, epidemic prevention & control and work resumption shall be appropriately addressed in the overall arrangements. While great efforts are made to carry out the epidemic prevention and control, we must focus on the yearly aims and tasks of the company and intensify production and operation, so as to reduce our operating loss due to the epidemic to the greatest extent.
Fourthly, the main responsible of departments must organize the production and operation in person. Work tasks must be clarified and specified to individuals. The set work goals must be broken down and implemented. So that each task is take care of and each task is efficiently completed.
Fifthly, do a good job in publicizing and guiding public opinion. The knowledge of epidemic transmission, prevention and control methods, and mental adjustment should be comprehensively popularized to enhance employees' awareness of self-prevention and control. Guide them to rationally understand the epidemic, and help them to adjust themselves to a positive and healthy state for resumption of work and production.
